Returns and Exchanges

Our items are considered an intimate product so due to health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept any refunds, returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

To avoid issues, please inspect your outfit within 24 hours of the delivery date. If you have received the wrong item or it is damaged, please contact us immediately with images and we will be glad to help. 


Shipping Information

All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. Express shipping is also availible for items needed ASAP. Please note that processing time is not the same as shipping time.

  • USPS First Class Mail: Average shipping time is 3-5 business days. 
  • USPS Priority Mail: Average shipping time is 2-3 business days. 
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: Average shipping time is 1-2 business days. 

For security and fraud prevention, all orders totaling $300 or more will require a signature upon delivery. This ensures your package is delivered safely and helps protect both you and our business from loss, theft, or unauthorized claims. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, your carrier may leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup.

Please note we are not responsible for packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If there is an issue with delivery, please contact USPS and file a claim.

  • Ready-to-Wear items: 2-3 business days. 
  • Made to Order items: 5-10 business days.
