Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
All Mula Mozza pieces are handmade and made to order. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the size selected or overall fit, change of mind, or delivery timelines.
Please review your order carefully before checkout.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, cancellations are not accepted as all items are handmade and made to order, and production begins shortly after an order is placed.
If you need to request a change to your order (such as size or color), you must contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production.
Color, Print & Rhinestone Disclaimer
Fabric colors, prints, and print placement may vary slightly due to photography lighting, screen display differences, and fabric cutting during production.
Different sizes may also display more or less of a print depending on the pattern scale.
Refunds will not be granted for these normal variations.
Rhinestones are applied by hand—never machine-made or mass-produced—so placement may vary slightly between pieces. Each outfit is unique.
Sizing
Please check the size chart before ordering to ensure your best fit.
Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for fit or size preference.
If an item is listed as “One Size Fits All,” it is designed to comfortably fit most sizes from XS–XL depending on body type and proportions.
Order Inspection
Please inspect your outfit within 24 hours of delivery.
If you receive the wrong item or an item that is damaged, contact us immediately with clear photos so we can assist you.
Shipping Information
All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. Please note that processing time is not the same as shipping time.
- USPS First Class Mail: Average shipping time is 3-5 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail: Average shipping time is 2-3 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume seasons.
Mula Mozza is not responsible for late shipments or delays caused by the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.
For security and fraud prevention, orders totaling $300 or more may require a signature upon delivery. This ensures your package is delivered safely and helps protect both you and our business from loss, theft, or unauthorized claims. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, your carrier may leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup.
Please note we are not responsible for packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If there is an issue with delivery, please contact USPS and file a claim.
Processing Times
- Ready-to-Wear items: 2-3 business days.
- Made to Order items: 5-10 business days.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
As all pieces are handmade in-house, this timeframe is an estimate and may vary. During periods of high order volume, production times may be extended beyond the standard timeframe.
